April 30 2025 Marie and I walked at Aman Park to see the wildflowers. It is a special place with many trails, a creek, and a variety of wildflowers. We had a lovely day, thanks again Marie for taking me.

I can just imagine being by looking through your pictures. Thank you for sharing. That picture of the spider is quite special!
Thanks Sister in the Midwest, I’m glad you enjoyed the walk. Yes that spider was a bonus, as long as it stays on the flower and not on me. 🙂
Thank you for going to the park Chris, it's just as beautiful as I remember it. The white trilliums alone are something few ever see. The double flowered trillium and spring beauty might be plants that plant breeders would love to have!
I got a tip on a local spot where I might see some hepatica blooming next spring, so I'm excited about that!
Thanks again for taking the time to show us such amazing natural beauty. You live in a wonderful place!
Thanks Allen, I like to visit Aman Park at least once when the trillium are blooming. It is a wonderful walk.
That’s exciting to have a spot to find hepatica! There should be the leaves there now.
Today Marie and I went to a new preserve, River Junction in Allegan County. It was a great day and very green!
