Aman Park in Ottawa County Michigan

It was a beautiful Monday morning so time for a stroll through Aman Park.
It was a 3 1/2 hour, 2 1/2 mile wildflower adventure! Here are a few highlights from the walk.

In a few weeks this place will have trillium blooming every where!

It was a fun day in the woods. I hope to go back in early May to see the trillium and bluebells in full bloom.

Skunk Cabbage at Hemlock Crossing County Park in West Olive, Michigan

Hours before Spring arrives I visited Hemlock Crossing to find the Skunk Cabbage. They were there just as I expected!

I walked from Hemlock Crossing Park to Pine Bend Park then back again, adding in some extra loops for a three mile walk! No sun or blue sky, still it was wonderful to be out in the fresh air.

Stearns Creek Park - Ottawa County Michigan

What a difference a day makes!
We visited Stearns Creek Park on Tuesday, November 5th 2019. It was a beautiful day, some sun and some clouds.

The next day we went back, it was colder, cloudier, and it was snowing. It was also a beautiful day.
